Recipes We Love!

Today, we'd like to share some recipes we experimented at home & picked from old books and websites.


_Super Bowl Chicken Wings (HOT)_

chicken wings
salt
pepper
red hot sauce
little vegetable oil
flour


1.Mix all ing. except for the flour. marinate for 1 hour or more
2.Dredge in flour then deep fry.




_Yema Balls_

3 tbsp unsalted butter
1 can (14 ounces) condensed milk
3 egg yolks
3 tbsp peanuts, chopped


1. Place the butter in a heated saucepan and allow to melt
2. Stir-in the condensed milk and allow to cook for 3 minutes
3. Add the egg yolks then continue stirring for 2 minutes
4. Set the heat to medium and put-in the chopped peanuts then stir until the mixture becomes thick (about 15 to 20 minutes). Adjust heat to low when texture is about to be achieved.
5. Turn-off the heat and allow the mixture to cool down
6. When the temperature of the mixture is tolerable, scoop a spoonful then roll with your hands to form a sphere (ball shape).
7. Transfer to a serving dish and apply your desired presentation
8. Serve. Share and Enjoy!


_Green Beans with Bacon Recipe_

1-1/2 pound green beans, cut into 1-inch pieces
6 bacon strips
Pepper and seasoned salt to taste


1.In a covered saucepan, cook beans in a small amount of water for 20-25 minutes or until tender. Drain. 
2.Meanwhile, in a skillet, cook bacon until crisp. 
3.Remove bacon, reserving drippings. Crumble bacon and set aside. 
4.Add beans to drippings; sprinkle with pepper and seasoned salt. 
5.Heat through. Add crumbled bacon and toss.
