Our 2-week vacation in Ormoc City has just ended last Sunday, November 28th. Oh well, back to normal again. Nothing to do here at home. I prefer living with JD and JC because in that way I can slim down easily, you know, living without any helpers, cooking for my own family, cleaning the whole house, hand-washing our clothes, feeding the cats and dog, etc.. Oh how I miss staying there in spite of all the work. And God, I miss them so much!
Back to blogging. See you around!

Apparently, antibiotics aren't recommended.
Let me just say I do not recommend antiobiotics too. Marie just turned 2 months old last Sunday and I think it's too early for her to have a taste of antibiotics.
After going to see her doctor, I kinda took a few shots of her in her skyblue colored dress. I forgot who gave this, it was a gift from the baptism party. That's our healthy smiling baby girl and the stuffed toy I gifted Fe Lyn on her graduation day!

19th Anniversary of the Flash Flood in Ormoc City
This is the new Ormoc City now. Is described as the 1st class city in the province of Leyte, Philippines. The name's derived from the word Ogmok (which I honestly do not know what it means, you can look it up on google yourself). It now has suburban towns and is slowly rising from that horrific tragedy exactly 19 years from this day.
Here, I found an actual photo of that incident:
In November 05, 1991, I was 1 year and 7 months old (I do not know everything) when this tropical storm "Uring" hit Ormoc City. It caused too much flash floods and landslides that killed over 6,000 (or more) people. Good thing no one from our family got caught in the flood.
Again, as I was saying, I can't put all the details here because I was still a baby when this happened.
Today, join us Ormocanons pray for the souls of those who perished in the flood.
Thank you for your time!

Kids Caroling @ Home
Caroling. Isn't that a bit early today??
Well, here's a group of little children going from house to house singing Christmas carols NOT to spread the holiday spirit.. but... to earn money! Kids these days.. Ha ha ha ha!!!
Their favorite Christmas songs are Ang Pasko ay Sumapit, Pasko Na Naman, Jingle Bells and We Wish You A Merry Christmas. That's all I can remember!
Not only children go caroling, some groups of old people organize caroling sessions to raise funds. Some even have costumes and bring musical instruments (even from the simplest used bucket right there on the picture they used as their bass)!
In our country, they usually end their song right after we give coins or food (sandwiches / bread) with, "Thank you, thank you, ang babait ninyo, thank you.", others don't. They just walk right away.
